Corinne (Coco) Culbertson has been a harm reduction champion and community leader in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside for more than 15 years. In her work with The PHS Community Services Society, as Senior Manager, she has been focused on fostering employment, combating the opioid crisis, and creating innovative social housing strategies. Coco brings a holistic, solution-based approach to addressing some of our city’s toughest challenges. With her depth of experience working across civic, provincial, and federal governments, she has a proven record of bridging policy-maker priorities with the needs of our community’s most vulnerable people. A musician and art-lover, Coco lives in Chinatown and has raised both of her sons in Strathcona and Chinatown.
