Three years ago, our city faced a record deficit and the worst recession since the Great Depression. Our Vision team protected city services and programs while bringing business discipline to our finances.
Annual General Meeting
We’ve had another amazing year! The Vision team has made a great deal of progress and we have our supporters to thank for it.
Our next Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 20th. We will be meeting at the Segal School of Business (500 Granville St) in event rooms 1200-1500. Registration will begin at 6:15 PM. We hope you will decide to spend the evening with us so we can celebrate our accomplishments together.
The AGM will be a chance to elect Vision Vancouver’s next board of directors and go over other party business. If you are interested in running for the board, you must submit your intention in writing to info@votevision.ca by 5:00pm Wednesday April 6th (Two Weeks) prior to the AGM. You must also be a member in good standing by March 20th (30 days) before the Annual General Meeting. The meeting will also feature a discussion on some important Vision Vancouver policies and a keynote speech from Mayor Gregor Robertson.
